After the proposal is accepted and payment is confirmed, we schedule a kickoff call and start work within the timeframe agreed in the proposal, usually within 5 business days. Deliverables such as strategies, reports, content and campaign access are shared by email or through the online tools agreed with the client.

4. Client responsibility

Please provide a working email address and the access, information and approvals needed for us to deliver the service. Delays in providing these may delay delivery.

5. Delivery charges

There are no shipping charges for our services.

6. Delivery problems

If you have not received an agreed deliverable, contact admin@matryxal.com with your name, company, and invoice number.

7. Taxes

Taxes are displayed and handled at checkout or on the invoice according to applicable rules.
